Programme:

You will join instructors for a spa detox rejuvenating holiday where you will be pampered from top to tow with wonderful spa treatments, spa detox circuits, yoga, Pilates, HIIT sessions and delicious gastronomy while undertaking informative and practical healthy eating advice.


Prior to arrival:

An online nutrition and well-being consultation will take place before your arrival. This gives the expertise team the opportunity to explore your personal health concerns and holiday expectations in order to customise your week schedule, activities and formulate your personal detox-nutrition plan based on your health condition, likes and dislikes, sports performance and achievable lifestyle changes.


Meals:

A buffet breakfast with our healthy 'à la carte' menu with vegetable juices is provided from 07:30 to 10:30 am. Lunches and dinners are not included but you will receive a personal mealtime plan with recommended dishes to help you make the right choices during your stay. A list with our favourite healthiest restaurants in Rhodes island will also be provided so to ensure you experience delicious home-grown Greek cuisine, made with the freshest local products, but also enjoy traditional dishes.


Activities:

The programme offers yoga and pilates expertise leading classes to ensure you can reap all the benefits during your stay. The activity schedule is designed to suit your needs and the number of sessions can vary from person to person according to your arrival/departure days and times. Activities are complimentary and optional so you can choose to take as many or as few as you wish.


BioAge Detox Experience:

The BioAge Detox programme is a designed personal spa-detox regimen that combines exercising accompanied by certain vitamins and other nutrients to stimulate circulation and enable you to sweat out toxic compounds. It is followed by prescribed periods in the sauna and massage therapy to increase excretion of toxic residues through the enterohepatic circulation as well as the digestive, urinary and lymphatic system. A nutritional programme with personal metabolic support prior to detoxing is perhaps the most important stage of this protocol in order to be effective and safe.


Morning Hatha Yoga (1-hour)

An energising practice focusing on proper alignment posture and breathing techniques. The asanas will focus on the joint's mobility, grounding, balance and strength.


Afternoon Mat Pilates (1-hour)

Exercises performed on the floor that concentrates on strengthening the body with emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing. Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.


Sunset Yoga with Meditation (1-hour)

In contrast to the morning session, the evening class is about restorative yoga to relax the body and quiet the mind. Restorative yoga consists of poses designed to allow the practitioner to let go, both mentally and physically. In many of the poses, the head is positioned to sit above or below heart-level, which can trigger the areas of the brain that help stimulate relaxation. It can also improve concentration, focus, and the state of consciousness and mindfulness, making it a great pairing for a brief meditation.
