How to Book Your Trip Online

with Longevity Escapes

Whether you are looking into a tailor-made health and wellness holiday program at an eco-friendly venue or a group yoga retreat, you can follow these simple step-by-step instructions on how to book your wellness escape online with us and find everything you need to know about our booking process below.

1. Select a hotel program, spa package or group retreat destination

2. Contact the organiser directly to request availability by clicking on the 'Send Inquiry' button on their specific listing page. 

2. Please make sure you agree with the cancellation policy before booking. read our holiday booking Terms & Conditions prior to making a reservation.

Request Availability

1. When you find the wellness holiday of your choice, please enquire availability prior to booking. 

2. Fill in the Send Enquiry form on the holiday page of your choice and provide details of your travel dates.

3. When sending an enquiry, we will respond to your request within 24 hours.

Secure your Spot

1. Upon receipt of availability and price quote, 24 hours is given to issue deposit payment to secure your spot through the holiday calendar. 

2. Payments must always be done adding your price quote reference number. 

3. The total balance is due in full prior to arrival as indicated under the Prepayment section by the organiser.  

Booking Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, an email booking confirmation will be sent to you with a detailed description of your booking. We will then take care from there, and make sure your program, spa treatments and therapies are booked well in advance to secure your appointments before arrival.

Cancellations & Travel Insurance

All holidays are subject to Non-Refundable Deposits unless indicated otherwise. For your peace of mind, deposits are never lost. If you have to cancel your reservation, you can use your deposit on another holiday of your choice anytime. Please note, that all remaining balances must be settled prior to check-in and you must comply in accordance with the host holiday cancellation and payment policy in order to secure your spot.​

To protect yourself against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. we highly recommend you to purchase a travel insurance trip.

Upon completion of your reservation, you hereby agree to the following payment terms and conditions:

Payment Method

1. To secure your holiday, deposit payments must be made via Bank Transfer.

2. The total price is the exact amount to be received by us either in Euros, Pounds or Dollars.

3. If opting to make payment via Paypal please note payments will be subject to their 3.5% credit card fee and to their currency exchange fee when applicable.

 Holiday Discounts

3. All holiday discounts, offers and promotions are subject to Bank Transfer payment. If you wish to pay through Paypal or your credit card, please note that any currency exchange fee or admin processing fee will be deducted from the discount on offer.
