Upon receipt of payment, an email booking confirmation will be sent to you with a detailed description of inclusions and further information about your stay. We will then take care from there, and make sure your program, spa treatments and therapies are booked well in advance to secure your appointments before arrival.
Cancellations & Travel Insurance
All holidays are subject to Non-Refundable Deposits unless indicated otherwise. For your peace of mind, deposits are never lost. If you have to cancel your reservation, you can use your deposit on another holiday of your choice anytime. Please note, that all remaining balances must be settled prior to check-in and you must comply in accordance with the host holiday cancellation policy in order to secure your spot.
To protect yourself against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. we highly recommend you to purchase a travel insurance trip.
Upon completion of your reservation, you hereby agree to the following payment terms and conditions:
1. Payments can be made via all major cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer.
2. The total price is the exact amount to be received by us either in Euros, Pounds or Dollars.
3. All holiday discounts, offers and promotions are subject to Bank Transfer payment. If you wish to pay through Paypal or your credit card, please note that any currency exchange fee or admin processing fee will be deducted from the discount on offer.
